New Class: Parkour Fitness
– Whether you’re just starting out or have a few years’ experience, this supplementary program is designed to strengthen and prepare you for the various demands of parkour. These exercises will build a better foundation for parkour performance, allowing you to reach new limits.
Open Spring Floor
– We’ve added MORE TIMES where you can use the spring floor!
Class Staggering
– Kids’ class times are now staggered to allow for more room [and more coaches]!
Tricking Night
– Flips, twists and kicks galore! Every Friday night, the spring floor be cleared and reserved for tricking. Battle it out or work together to get that extra half rotation!
