New Additions to our Schedule
We’ve added a couple things to our schedule, so that you can get even more out of your membership:
- Stretch & Roll
Balance your parkour practice with some self care for your muscles and joints. Our Stretch & Roll class is just that. Conveniently scheduled 3 times per week.
Wednesdays & Fridays at 6:05pm • Saturdays at 9:45am
- Limited Open Gym
If you have passed a red band exam and are 19 or older, you can access an exclusive Open Gym time now on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. These “Limited Open Gyms” take place during classes. Check-in with us when you arrive, so that we can help you find an area of the gym that is not being used by classes. These times are best used for getting extra practice on single movements.
