What’s a challenge?
Challenge is the word we use to describe a jump, vault, swing, or any other movement that can be defined and used to overcome one or more obstacles. A challenge can be a single jump, or a set of specific movements performed in a sequence.

Vancouver Bike Tour + BBQ
Back by popular demand is another Parkour Bike Tour. You will receive a special map that outlines 7 hot spots throughout metro Vancouver. You will have the day to ride around to each spot with the group of your choosing. The map will also indicate challenges to complete at each spot.
Once the ride is over we will meet behind Origins Parkour Gym for an all you can eat barbecue. Those who don’t eat too much can also enjoy some Open Gym time 🙂

Sunday August 22nd
Chief Trek + Waterfall + Gym
On the final day we will take to some lower impact movement and frolic in the boulders beneath The Chief in Squamish. A private bus will pick everyone up at Origins Parkour. After some playing around we will hike up to the first Summit of the Chief, and take in some views. We will take a different route down to Shannon Falls where you can cool off and take a dip in the water! The bus will take us back to Origins where we can gather once more before the weekend is over.
9:30am – Gather and Depart from Origins
7:00pm – Return to Origins
Both of our facilities will be closed Friday August 20th to Sunday August 22nd to accommodate this event.
We hope to see you there!
